Sales and after-sales services teams get a chance to visit Suzuki manufacturing plant in Japan
April 13, 2009
Suzuki Saudia, the sole distributor of Suzuki vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and part of Bamarouf Group, recently organized an all-expense-paid 10-day trip to Japan for the best twenty two members of the sales and after-sales staff who achieved set targets, as an incentive for the excellent sales achieved during 2008.
The incentive trip was prompted by Suzuki Saudia’s 30 percent increase in sales across all its vehicle categories in 2008.
The trip to Japan included a series of educational and entertainment programs which was highlighted by a site-visit to Suzuki’s manufacturing plant, giving the employees a first hand experience of how vehicles are manufactured.
Maher Alnabawy, Deputy General Manager of Suzuki Saudia, said: “Suzuki Saudia values the excellent performance and dedication of its staff, and the trip is the way of showing our appreciation. We have posted a very good year in terms of sales and our after-sales services that have been appreciated by our customers. Rewards like this trip to Japan will go a long way in boosting the confidence and morale of the employees and motivate them to strive harder.”
“Moreover, the trip to the manufacturing plant in Japan has ensured that the team fully understands the entire production cycle, which will also make them better prepared while dealing with customers,” Alnabawy concluded.
